Elgum Automotive Sp. z o.o. Sp. k. consistently invests in the development of its workforce. As part of this approach, our managers are participating in a monthly training program in EU project advisory for the years 2021–2027, with a long-term perspective extending to 2050.

The training is co-financed under the National Training Fund (KFS). Thanks to the newly acquired competencies, our specialized team will support the company in effectively utilizing EU funds, contributing to the further development of Elgum Automotive and the implementation of ambitious investment projects.
