Injection Molding
Injection molding is a plastics processing technique that involves injecting molten material into a mold, where it cools and solidifies into a so-called molded part.
Injection molding is a cyclic plastics processing method.
The injection molding process is carried out using machines called injection molding machines. Injection molding is used for forming thermoplastic or thermosetting materials.
We operate a wide range of injection molding machines with clamping forces between 100 and 250 tons:

Compression Molding
Compression molding is a plastics forming method in which the molded material, often subjected to preliminary thermal treatment, is placed into the cavities of an open and heated mold.
The mold is closed with the appropriate clamping force. The material is subjected to heat and pressure until the desired level of vulcanization is achieved.
The advantage of the compression molding process is its ability to be used in the production of large and complex components.
We operate hydraulic presses manufactured by Ponar Żywiec with clamping forces ranging from 30 to 160 tons.
Extrusion
Extrusion is a process used to manufacture long plastic components.
It involves plasticizing the material in a plasticizing system and forcing it through channels with a defined profile.
The process takes place in extrusion machines consisting of a drive system, a control system, and a plasticizing system.
The material is heated to achieve the required plasticity and then extruded through a die (nozzle) and cooled to obtain the so-called extrudate. Screw conveyors (screws) are used to transport the material.
We operate an extrusion line manufactured by Zamak-Mercator. The line includes:
- screw extruder,
- slot furnace,
- four-section tunnel furnace,
- laser measurement system,
- haul-off unit,
- profile winding unit.
Precision Cutting and Bonding
An automated process of precision cutting of plastic profiles using innovative technologies that guarantee accuracy and quality.
We operate a precision profile cutting line manufactured by Ulmer. The line includes:
- automatic unwinder,
- pushing device,
- profile sag stabilizer,
- cutting system.
